Taxes

All property is assessed as of January 1 of the given year. Taxes are delinquent after December 31. Interest and penalties are added January 1. Real Estate and Personal Property taxes for the City of Lathrop are included on your Clinton County Tax statement, and are paid to Clinton County Collector's Office in Plattsburg, Mo.
